A. 活動執行與通路管理

• 端到端行銷活動管理：協助規劃、開發和執行指定品牌組合的行銷活動、促銷活動和季節性活動。
• 數位行銷專家：負責指定品牌的社群媒體帳號（貼文、行程、社群管理/客戶服務）、內容策略和數位資產。
• 聯絡人：作為外部供應商和廠商的主要聯絡人，管理促銷和印刷材料的關係和交付物。
• 數據分析：協助分析行銷活動成效和社群媒體指標，為優化提供可操作的見解。

B. 內容與活動支持

• 內容創作支援：與內部設計師/代理商合作，協調行銷材料、視覺效果和內容的創作和交付。
• 活動/專案管理：管理店內促銷、媒體品嚐活動和夜生活活動的物流方面，確保所有材料（菜單、展示品、公關資料包）按時交付。
• 預算管理支援：協助品牌經理管理行銷預算，並追蹤促銷品的成本/銷貨成本。

C. 專業與責任感（主人翁精神）

• 責任感和積極性：對分配的任務和截止日期負責。積極主動地提供支持，提出改進建議，並主動推動任務進度。
• 溝通與期限：確保所有溝通管道都能有效運用。確保各項任務按時完成，並向報告經理提供切實可行、準確有效的最新進度報告。
• 報告：協助品牌經理準備活動摘要和進度更新，供 WIP 會議使用。
• 回應性：在工作時間內保持回應，並意識到自己是關鍵執行者，及時回應對團隊交付至關重要。

Requirements

責任 ：

責任 ：

1）協助銷售及市場助理經理進行銷售流程

以及其他相關活動。

A. 銷售支持

1）執行銷售和行銷工作流程，包括預訂新訂單、重複訂單、滿足客戶需求和期望、解讀和設計客戶的產品規格、產品包裝設計、包裝模型和開發。

2）簽發合約訂單審核單、形式發票、貨櫃矩陣研究報告、普通銷售訂單

客戶規格說明、客戶規格變更通知、信用清算清單、Splenda報告

採購訂單、參考價格、樣品申請單和工作進度報告。

3）處理詢價並發起談判以確認訂單和重複訂單，然後再處理訂單。

4) 更新形式發票中的所有客戶詳細信息，並通知管理員用戶將其更新到 ERP 系統中。

5）如果銷售價格和採購價格發生變化，則建立產品成本證明。

B. 協作與溝通

1）與銷售管理部門聯絡，確保客戶訂單的交付和出貨順利進行。確保外包生產能依照規格和品質要求，及時、正確地滿足客戶的期望（訂單）。

此外，銷售管理部門還可以監控客戶包裝庫存餘額，並根據剩餘庫存水準向客戶提供補貨建議。

2）與品質保證部門就客戶對產品標籤的要求進行溝通。

3）與品質控制部門聯絡，了解顧客產品品質及抱怨狀況（如有需要）。

4) 與法規遵從部門聯絡，處理客戶產品的法規和註冊事宜

要求。

5）與外包製造商溝通客戶訂單的貨物備貨日期和要求

新產品報價（如有需要）。

6) 與包裝供應商溝通，滿足客戶對包裝設計、圖稿、樣稿、印刷樣品和顏色標準等方面的期望。參與新專案或現有專案改進的線上校對，並與包裝供應商溝通。如有需要，向包裝供應商索取報價。

7) 與船運代理/經紀人聯絡，確認目的地和運費的可用性。

用於估算計算（如有需要）。

8）與客戶建立並維持牢固的關係。

C. 數據分析與報告

1）產生客戶銷售業績分析報告。

D. 其他：

1）執行上級指派的其他與工作相關的職能。

B. 技術文檔

1) 協助撰寫和維護符合歐盟醫療器材法規 2017/745 要求的技術文件。

2）定期與 OM 聯絡以取得最新的技術文件。

C. 審計

1）協助規劃和協調供應商/營運經理的定期評估審核。

2）參與內部審核、供應商/營運經理定期評估審核和外部審核。

3）編制和維護審計文件。

D. 設計與開發

1) 與營運經理溝通，評估新設計或現有設計變更的可行性。

2) 與包括銷售和行銷、品質保證/品質控制/法規事務在內的跨職能團隊協調，以統一設計和開發專案目標。

3）制定設計方案並監控專案進度。

4) 準備設計與開發樣品申請表（SRD）。

5）在每個設計和開發階段組織與團隊成員的評審會議。

6）對設計和開發產品進行合規性驗證和確認。

7）完成和維護設計和開發文件。

E. 藝術品驗證

1）檢查、審核和核實設備包裝標籤，以確保符合客戶要求和適用的監管要求。

2) 與供應商/設計師/訂單經理聯絡，進行美術設計修改和轉換。

3）與客戶溝通，修改設計稿並獲得批准。

4）整理和維護美術作品文件。

F. 其他

1）參與風險管理團隊。

2) 為新商品/變更商品分配 GS1 條碼編號。

3）為合法製造商的產品分配批號。

4）執行上級指派的其他與工作相關的職能。

About the job

The position is permanent in nature at senior Executive level. The main purpose of the role is to provide assistance and support to the Finance Manager in assisting in the monthly management accounts for a number of store nation wide. 

However, the overall job responsibilities are as follows:

·Responsible for the preparation of full set of accounts, management reports.

·Manage the general accounting day-to-day transactions and monthly B/S and P&L analysis.

·Conduct analytical reviews of profit & loss accounts and balance sheets, including trend analysis, cost center checks.

About the Candidate

Candidates for this senior accounting role must possess at least a Diploma qualification in Accounting or at best a Bachelor degree in Accountancy. Candidate should have at least three to five years of accounting experience working ideally in retail or F&B industry environment. Prior accounting experience in F&B or catering/hospitality industry will be a huge advantage. Besides Accounting skills, candidates with strong Excel and Mathematics skills are essential.

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Executive to manage and optimize inventory operations across our warehouses. This role is critical in ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient stock movement, and seamless fulfillment support.
