The Technician 3, Equipment Maintenance position is a critical role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the optimal functioning of essential backend process equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct comprehensive electrical and mechanical troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues in non-functioning equipment crucial to backend processes.
- Provide expert manufacturing and equipment support in a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing environment characterized by rapid technological advancements.
- Meticulously dismantle, adjust, repair, and reassemble equipment in strict accordance with schematics, repair manuals, and precise specifications.
- Execute rigorous preventive maintenance protocols, perform complex repairs, and conduct in-depth troubleshooting diagnoses on production equipment to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate advanced problem-solving skills to address non-standard issues, operate with minimal supervision, and adapt swiftly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced industrial setting.
- Exhibit a high degree of self-motivation and initiative, effectively managing individual responsibilities while actively contributing to team objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering department to facilitate new equipment installations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
