Marketing Coordinator

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
• 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Familiar with Microsoft Office application
• Exposure to ISO-certified or audit-driven organization is an advantage
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates and internships are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries, product information requests, and basic commercial support
• Conduct basic market research on competitors, market trends, and customer needs
• Ensure all customer communications are documented and controlled as per ISO requirements
• Liaise with production, procurement, and QA/QC teams to verify product specifications
• Coordinate for product development, compliance & inspection
• Work closely with sales team to align marketing activities with sales targets
• Support internal and external audits by providing marketing and customer communication records
• Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, factory visits, and customer meetings
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time
