Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
- 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiar with Microsoft Office application
- Exposure to ISO-certified or audit-driven organization is an advantage
- Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates and internships are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, product information requests, and basic commercial support
- Conduct basic market research on competitors, market trends, and customer needs
- Ensure all customer communications are documented and controlled as per ISO requirements
- Liaise with production, procurement, and QA/QC teams to verify product specifications
- Coordinate for product development, compliance & inspection
- Work closely with sales team to align marketing activities with sales targets
- Support internal and external audits by providing marketing and customer communication records
- Assist in organizing exhibitions, trade shows, factory visits, and customer meetings
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time
