Key Role:
- To perform supportive roles to Service Sales and Sales Engineers
- To provide customer service to all customers in order to maximize service sales and customer satisfaction
- To provide regular feedback to Service Field and Sales Engineer in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Service Operation and Sales related activity.
Key Responsibility:
- To assist Service Sales and Sales Engineers in the pursuit of service sales/ Sales target and payment collection
- To build up relationships with contract and non-contract customers
- To ensure accuracy of job costing and service sales forecast
- To maintain high morale among service department staffs
- To promote service sales leads to Service Operations Engineers
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma in engineering / sciences or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Word.
- SAP Experience would be advantageous.
- Possessing good communication skills.
- Position is required in Petaling Jaya (HQ).
- At least 1 - 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
