Key responsibilities:
- Client & Account Management: Manage and cultivate relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients and IP licensors, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Business Development: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in IP licensing, brand collaboration, and promotional merchandise to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for key accounts, from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with internal design and production teams to ensure the successful execution and delivery of client projects, meeting their branding and merchandise needs.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the IP licensing and corporate gift markets to provide strategic advice to clients.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in corporate gifts, promotional products, or IP licensing.
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IP licensing processes, including royalty structures and brand partnership agreements.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and lead new initiatives.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Direct experience in IP licensing will be a significant advantage.
- Experience working in agency , event activation, licensing or marketing firm who are used to serve different brands and have strong networks with current customers, will be huge advantage
