職責:

  • 為專案經理和團隊提供行政支持
  • 協調專案進度安排、會議和文件編制。
  • 準備並維護專案記錄、合約和信函。
  • 與內部各部門聯絡,確保專案協調順利進行
  • 協助採購流程和供應商協調
  • 確保遵守公司政策、程序和專案要求
  • 根據安排處理臨時性行政任務

要求:

  • 工商管理、專案管理或相關領域的文憑或學位
  • 至少3年相關工作經驗,最好有專案協調或管理經驗
  • 較強的組織與時間管理能力
  • 良好的溝通和人際交往能力
  • 精通微軟辦公室軟體(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)
  • 能夠同時處理多項任務並在壓力下高效工作
  • 注重細節,具備良好的問題解決能力
