Overview:
Control and manage all section under production engineering (PE) department to ensure all the planning is achievable and execute accordingly.
Responsibilities & duties:
Area of Responsibilities:
1) All Section under Production Engineering Department
2) All related area inside YEM premises that required job by Production Engineering
Core Duties:
1. Control all activity in production engineering – Attendance, Workshop Request, Project, Budget, Meeting and other activities.
2. Planning the activity- Project, Improvement, New Investment and others.
3. Delegate the planning to sub-ordinate precisely.
4. Monitoring and controlling the execution of the planning.
5. Reporting the activity to the superior and sharing the information with sub-ordinate.
5. Decision-making in any circumstances that needed.
General Duties:
1. Communicate with all relevant parties – other department, supplier, top management, legal authorities and other related stakeholders.
2. Keep all confidential data and information follow the security information requirement.
3. Always keep 5’s and Safety in production engineering area not limited to own area but to all area.
4. Develop sub-ordinate with up-dated knowledge through training and mentoring.
5. Acting as Department Head when the occasion needed.
