We are looking for a driven and hands-on HR Executive to take ownership of recruitment, shape team structure, and play a key role in building a disciplined and high-performing workforce.

Working Location 工作地點

  • JB HQ: Taman Gaya, Ulu Tiram OR
  • KL Branch: Menara K1, Old Klang Road

Working Hours 工作時間

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

What You Will Be Doing 工作內容

  • Own the Recruitment Function 主導招募職能
  • Take full ownership of hiring — from sourcing, screening, interviewing to onboarding — to build a strong and reliable team.
  • 負責全流程招聘,從人才搜尋、篩選、面試到入職,打造穩定且有效率的團隊。
  • Be Part of HR Transformation 參與人力轉型
  • Work closely with management to transform HR from manual practices into structured systems and processes.
  • 與管理階層緊密合作,推動公司人資從傳統模式邁向系統化管理。
  • Shape HR Systems & SOPs 建立人資制度
  • Develop and improve HR policies, SOPs, and internal workflows that support a growing organization.
  • 建立並優化人力資源系統與流程,支持公司持續擴展。
  • Handle Employee Relations & Discipline 員工關係與紀律管理
  • Manage disciplinary matters, provide practical solutions, and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
  • 處理員工關係與紀律問題,提供解決方案,並確保符合法規要求。
  • Drive Performance Culture 推動績效文化
  • Monitor staff performance and contribute to building a results-driven, accountable team.
  • 跟進員工績效,推動成果導向及高執行力文化。
  • Support Growth & Expansion 支援公司擴展
  • Play a role in scaling the team and supporting business expansion initiatives.
  • 參與團隊擴展,支持公司業務發展。

Who We Are Looking For 我們在尋找

  • Diploma / Degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • 人力資源、工商管理或相關科系
  • 2–3 years HR experience (recruitment / agency background is a strong advantage)
  • 2–3年人資經驗(有招募或顧問背景優先)
  • Familiar with Malaysian labour law and HR practices
  • 熟悉馬來西亞勞工法令
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • 具備責任感,積極主動,能適應快節奏環境
  • Not afraid to handle people issues and make decisions
  • 能夠處理員工問題並具備判斷能力
