ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Equipment Maintenance and Repair:
- Sustain backend equipment backend equipment - Package saw, Solder ball attach, Laser cut , Laser mark and AOI uptime above the targeted goals.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to ensure smooth production operations.
Preventive Maintenance:
- Complete all scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities and equipment conversions within the stipulated time.
- Ensure zero post-maintenance issues.
Performance Metrics:
- Maintain and improve Mean Time Between Alarms (MTBA), Repeat Alarm metrics, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to meet or exceed set targets.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and address recurring issues to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement process improvements.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
Generate and submit reports on equipment status and any deviations from goals.
Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure all maintenance activities comply with company and regulatory standards.
- Participate in Safety, 6S audits and training sessions.
