Description:

The APAC Head of Digital & Performance Marketing is responsible for defining, governing, and delivering the regional, multi-brand digital marketing strategy across APAC markets for Hitachi Cooling & Heating, Bosch Home Comfort and YORK. The role leads a regional team and coordinates closely with country organizations, regional marketing teams across and beyond APAC, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective digital visibility, demand generation, customer engagement, and partner enablement.

The position owns the multi-brand regional digital ecosystem, including websites, SEO, digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, digital asset management (DAM), product information management (PIM/PMM), analytics, and marketing technology platforms. It plays a key role in supporting business growth, driving digital transformation, and ensuring governance, compliance, and alignment with Bosch standards in a post‑merger environment.

Beyond APAC, the role provides support to other regional teams in the implementation of the Hitachi Cooling & Heating digital ecosystem.

 

Lead the global governance of the Hitachi Cooling & Heating brand across digital touchpoints, ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance across regions.

Define and execute the APAC multi-brand digital and performance marketing roadmap aligned with business growth priorities and segment strategies.

Ensure consistent digital visibility and brand presence across owned, earned, and paid channels within APAC markets.

Accelerate business generation across APAC through SEO, campaign optimization, lead management, and digital demand initiatives.

Establish and govern regional standards, processes, and KPIs for digital execution across APAC markets.

Lead critical digital transformation initiatives, including DAM rollout, MarTech evolution, and platform migrations.

Drive data-driven decision making through advanced analytics and performance tracking.

Prepare and communicate digital performance reporting, insights, and recommendations to regional leadership and key stakeholders,

Ensure compliance with privacy and security requirements in all digital initiatives.

High degree of autonomy in proposing strategies, prioritizing initiatives, and allocating regional resources within the approved framework.
