Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Civil & Structure.
- Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply.
- Would be working in a variety of different projects: high-rises offices, hotels and residential buildings, amenities (not limited to warehouse, factory and hospitals), shopping complexes and completed at least a project from its inception basing on its complication.
- With an ambition to grow with a team and shall have the ability to work independently and creatively.
- Will familiarise with implementation experience with 5S, ISO 9001, BuildQAS, QLASSIC (and CIS7:2021) and OSHA 45001, with hands-on knowledge.
- Knowledge in BIM (Building Information Modelling) would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities (Engineer):
- Will learn to formulate micro work schedule and construction programmes in accordance with the project requirements and specifications.
- Will also learn to Identify trades and able to execute works sequential order to ensure compliance with established building specifications and required quality with immediate Manager/s.
- Provide assistance / information on C&S scope of works.
- Joint preparation and where instruction and coordination may be carried out by Logistics, Safety, Architecture, Structure, Construction Manager and Head of Project.
- Liaison with Client and Consultants representatives and execution of works according to Micro and Master work programme.
- Prepare and review C&S works in-execution and executed accordance to approved technical specification, shop drawing and QLassic and BuildQAS strategized requirement.
- Lead testing and commissioning of services and functionality accordance to Programme and ITP provided in the PQP.
Responsibilities (Supervisor):
- Monitor daily site activities and updating reports as required daily
- Understanding of material control and appropriate usage and application
- Estimate manpower requirements, supplies and materials needed and make requisitions to immediate superior.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures and work instruction
- Calling for inspection required for all stages of work and including false works
- Liaison with Client and Consultants representative for required inspections
- Coordination works between Architecture and Structure.
- Liaise with nominated subcontractors and subcontractors matters.
- Monitor work progress and ensure quality controls comply with the procedures.
- Ensure works are correctly set out.
- Keep proper record of quality assurance form / inspection form / checklist.
