We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Advertising Assistant/Executive to support our team in daily ad execution and data reporting tasks.

Working Location: Menara MBMR, Mid Valley (accessible by LRT Abdullah Hukum & KTM Mid Valley)

Working Arrangement: Monday to Friday, onsite

Working hour: 9am – 6pm (include 1 hour break)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and launching advertising campaigns (TikTok Ads)
• Compile, organize, and update advertising performance reports (daily / weekly)
• Monitor campaign performance and document optimization insights
• Support media buyers in executing day-to-day advertising operations

Requirements

Responsibilities :

1.   Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

2.   Identify hazards and implement corrective/preventive measures.

3.   Enforce the use of proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

4.   Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings

5.   Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports with recommendations

8.   Monitor crane assembly and load testing activities to ensure safe lifting practices

12. Ensure compliance with local safety laws and standards (e.g., OSHA or local regulations)

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering or related field is an added advantage.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Site Safety Supervisor in construction or industrial safety.
3. Strong knowledge of Malaysia safety regulations, OSHA requirement and site HSE practices.
4. Strong understanding of machinery and lifting safety is an added advantage.
