1) Menyokong dan Membantu Pengurus Penolong Jualan dan Pemasaran dalam menjalankan pemprosesan jualan

A. Sokongan Jualan

1) Melaksanakan aliran kerja jualan dan pemasaran, yang merangkumi tempahan baharu, pesanan berulang, memenuhi keperluan dan jangkaan pelanggan, mentafsir dan mereka bentuk spesifikasi produk pelanggan, reka bentuk pakej produk, mock-up pembungkusan dan pembangunan.

2) Mengeluarkan semakan pesanan kontrak, invois proforma, laporan kajian matriks kontena, pesanan jualan biasa,

spesifikasi pelanggan, notis perubahan spesifikasi pelanggan, senarai semak pelepasan kredit, laporan Splenda,

pesanan pembelian, harga indikatif, permintaan sampel dan laporan kemajuan kerja.

3) Mengendalikan pertanyaan dan memulakan rundingan untuk mengesahkan pesanan dan mengulangi pesanan sebelum memproses pesanan.

4) Mengemas kini semua butiran pelanggan dalam Invois Proforma dan memaklumkan pengguna pentadbir untuk mengemas kini ke dalam sistem ERP.

5) Mewujudkan sijil kos untuk produk sekiranya terdapat perubahan dalam harga jualan dan harga belian.

B. Kerjasama & Komunikasi

1) Berhubung dengan jabatan Pentadbiran Jualan mengenai pemenuhan penghantaran dan penghantaran pesanan pelanggan. Untuk memastikan jangkaan pelanggan (pesanan) dihantar dengan baik, khidmat penyumberan luar pengilangan untuk mengeluarkannya dengan cara yang betul dan tepat pada masanya selaras dengan spesifikasi dan keperluan kualiti.

Pemantauan baki inventori pembungkusan pelanggan daripada Pentadbir Jualan dan cadangan pesanan semula juga boleh diberikan kepada pelanggan berdasarkan baki paras stok.

2) Berhubung dengan bahagian Jaminan Kualiti mengenai keperluan pelabelan karya seni pelanggan.

3) Berhubung dengan bahagian Kawalan Kualiti mengenai kualiti produk pelanggan dan aduan (jika perlu).

4) Berhubung dengan bahagian Pematuhan Kawal Selia mengenai kawal selia dan pendaftaran produk pelanggan

keperluan.

5) Berhubung dengan pengilang penyumberan luar pada tarikh dan permintaan barang siap pesanan pelanggan

sebut harga untuk produk baharu (jika diperlukan).

6) Berhubung dengan pembekal pembungkusan untuk memenuhi jangkaan pelanggan untuk reka bentuk dan karya seni pembungkusan, mock-up, cetakan sampel dan piawaian warna. Menghadiri pemeriksaan dalam talian untuk projek baharu atau menambah baik projek sedia ada dengan pembekal pembungkusan. Minta sebut harga daripada pembekal pembungkusan (jika diperlukan).

7) Berhubung dengan ejen/broker penghantaran mengenai ketersediaan destinasi dan kos pengangkutan untuk kos

tujuan pengiraan anggaran (jika diperlukan).

8) Membina dan mengekalkan hubungan yang kukuh dengan pelanggan.

C. Analisis & Pelaporan Data

1) Hasilkan laporan analisis dari segi prestasi jualan pelanggan.

D. Lain-lain:

1) Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang berkaitan dengan pekerjaan yang diberikan oleh atasan.

1）協助銷售及市場助理經理進行銷售流程

A. 銷售支持

1）執行銷售和行銷工作流程，包括預訂新訂單、重複訂單、滿足客戶需求和期望、解讀和設計客戶的產品規格、產品包裝設計、包裝模型和開發。

2）簽發合約訂單審核單、形式發票、貨櫃矩陣研究報告、普通銷售訂單

客戶規格說明、客戶規格變更通知、信用清算清單、Splenda報告

採購訂單、參考價格、樣品申請單和工作進度報告。

3）處理詢價並發起談判以確認訂單和重複訂單，然後再處理訂單。

4) 更新形式發票中的所有客戶詳細信息，並通知管理員用戶將其更新到 ERP 系統中。

5）如果銷售價格和採購價格發生變化，則建立產品成本證明。

B. 協作與溝通

1）與銷售管理部門聯絡，確保客戶訂單的交付和出貨順利進行。確保外包生產能依照規格和品質要求，及時、正確地滿足客戶的期望（訂單）。

此外，銷售管理部門還可以監控客戶包裝庫存餘額，並根據剩餘庫存水準向客戶提供補貨建議。

2）與品質保證部門就客戶對產品標籤的要求進行溝通。

3）與品質控制部門聯絡，了解顧客產品品質及抱怨狀況（如有需要）。

4) 與法規遵從部門聯絡，處理客戶產品的法規和註冊事宜

要求。

5）與外包製造商溝通客戶訂單的貨物備貨日期和要求

新產品報價（如有需要）。

6) 與包裝供應商溝通，滿足客戶對包裝設計、圖稿、樣稿、印刷樣品和顏色標準等方面的期望。參與新專案或現有專案改進的線上校對，並與包裝供應商溝通。如有需要，向包裝供應商索取報價。

7) 與船運代理/經紀人聯絡，確認目的地和運費的可用性。

用於估算計算（如有需要）。

8）與客戶建立並維持牢固的關係。

C. 數據分析與報告

1）產生客戶銷售業績分析報告。

3）制定設計方案並監控專案進度。

4) 準備設計與開發樣品申請表（SRD）。

5）在每個設計和開發階段組織與團隊成員的評審會議。

6）對設計和開發產品進行合規性驗證和確認。

7）完成和維護設計和開發文件。

E. 藝術品驗證

1）檢查、審核和核實設備包裝標籤，以確保符合客戶要求和適用的監管要求。

• Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Sains Bioperubatan atau kelayakan yang setaraf dalam bidang yang berkaitan.

Duties:

Official Hosts serve as the game facilitator as well as brand ambassadors. We are seeking Official Hosts to host games throughout the week and occasionally assist in other ad hoc duties. For this role, you should have great people skills, to make sure our users have a positive game experience from the moment they arrive till their departure. 

Working Hours 

Shifts will be assigned each week during the following timeframes: 

Monday to Friday: 8 am – 1 pm, 4 – 9 pm, 6 - 11 pm 

Saturday & Sunday: 8 am – 1 pm, 1 - 6 pm, 3 – 9 pm, 6 – 11 pm 

Key Responsibilities 

• Be an ambassador of the Stranger Soccer brand at the games 

• Facilitate numerous football games around Kuala Lumpur & Selangor

• Ensure an OUTSTANDING game experience from start to finish 

• Be ready to step in and play, to cover for any no show players or Hosts 

• Report issues back to Operations Management 

• FUN outgoing personality 

• Understanding of and passion for football 

• Excellent people and communication skills 

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus

Role and Responsibilities 

The selected candidate(s) will be a key member of the small team working at Stranger Soccer Kuala Lumpur, assisting with various marketing, operations, and community engagement initiatives. 

• Serving on the front lines of the customer experience, supporting as an on-ground host for a few football sessions each week. 

• Coordinating and executing various tasks related to the daily operation of the business, such as social media, marketing, event coordination, player communications, and outreach.

As a Part-Time Project Associate, you will support the Delivery Team at Chemin, working closely with our Project Delivery Executives to ensure the successful execution of Japanese-language AI data annotation projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for operational delivery and quality oversight, acting as the main point of contact for Japanese-speaking annotators. As the internal team does not speak Japanese, this role is critical in ensuring that annotations meet quality standards before submission to clients.

You will report to the Project Delivery Executive and play a hands-on role in managing people, processes, and quality across ongoing projects that support AI advancements across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be supporting operations within the Project Delivery function, including:

• Providing day-to-day operational support to ensure Japanese-language projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
• Assisting with project setup, planning, and guideline development
• Managing and supporting a remote team of Japanese-speaking annotators
• Acting as the language quality gatekeeper for Japanese annotations, ensuring submissions meet required accuracy and quality thresholds (target: 95%)
• Guiding annotators through questions and challenges via internal communication platforms
• Performing detailed quality checks to catch language, formatting, and annotation errors before client submission
• Handling project administration tasks in line with internal and client standards
• Communicating clearly with internal stakeholders on project progress, risks, and quality issues

Work Arrangements

• Fully remote or hybrid (option to work from our Damansara Heights office - Kuala Lumpur, on Mondays and Fridays)
• Minimum contract period: 3 months (renewable based on performance)
• Immediate availability required (target start: April 2026 onwards)

• Fluent in Japanese (Native or N2 required)

• Strong proficiency in written and spoken English
• 0–2 years of experience in project management, operations, or people management in any capacity
• Prior experience managing tasks, timelines, or contributors (work, internship, freelance, or extracurricular)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify language and annotation errors
• Fast learner, self-driven, and comfortable working in fast-paced project environments
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially when guiding remote contributors
• Technically competent in Google Workspace, particularly spreadsheets
